The Arden is a heated wearable blanket made for long, still hours – at a cold desk, in a reading chair or on a drafty video call. The center-front zipper runs from the neckline to about the waist; zip it up and it sits on your shoulders like a poncho, leaving both hands free for typing, a book or a mug. Unzip it and it opens into a flat rectangle you can lay over your knees.

The smooth, solid-color outer is backed with soft gray plush, and cream tassels hang from all four corners. A single round button on the front handles the heat: long-press to switch on or off, short-press to step through three settings of about 104°F, 122°F and 140°F (40/50/60°C). It runs on USB power from a power bank, laptop port or USB wall adapter – power bank or adapter not included. Machine washable according to the supplier; unplug the cable first and let it dry completely before use.
